Toronto is south-east of the office — Etobicoke, in the west end, is the part closest to Brampton. Versa does not have a Toronto office: clients meet us in Brampton, or by phone or video. Directions to the office.
How we work with Toronto clients
The first conversation is free and can be by phone, by video or at 2 County Court Blvd in Brampton. Once you engage the firm, records come through the secure client portal rather than by email, so the work doesn’t depend on a trip downtown or up the 427.
Same province, same rules
A Toronto corporation files the same federal T2 return, with Ontario’s corporate tax calculated on it, and charges the same 13% HST on most taxable sales as one in Brampton. A Toronto address changes the municipality, not the tax rules. What differs from one business to the next is the year-end, the records and the decisions coming up — which is what the first conversation is for.

No. Versa has one office, at 2 County Court Blvd in Brampton. We work with Toronto clients from there — in person by appointment, or by phone or video.
Do I need to come to Brampton?
Not unless you want to. First conversations can be by phone or video, and once you’re a client, documents come through the secure client portal.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. Versa offers a free initial consultation. Paid work only begins once the scope and fees are agreed in writing.
Can you take over from our current accountant?
Often, yes. Tell us where the records stand, who has access to what and any upcoming deadline. The firm confirms whether it can take the work, and plans the handover, before the engagement begins.
