This website provides information about Versa and general educational material. It is not individualized accounting, tax, financial or legal advice. It does not assess your circumstances or establish what you must file, pay or report. Obtain advice that takes your facts and the applicable rules into account before acting.
No engagement or appointment by submission
Submitting a form, sending an email, using a calculator or viewing a confirmation page does not establish an accountant-client engagement or confirm a meeting. The firm must confirm availability, acceptance, scope, responsibilities and fees. Do not assume an inquiry extends a deadline or means work has begun.
Consultations and fees
The free initial consultation is an opportunity to discuss the help you need. Any paid work is subject to an agreed engagement. This website does not promise a fixed fee, response time, refund, tax saving, financing approval or other outcome.
Tools and educational content
Tools use the assumptions and limits described on their pages. A cash-runway calculation is a simplified scenario rather than a forecast; a checklist is general preparation rather than an exhaustive records request; a worker-status result is an indication from general factors, not a CRA ruling. Information can become outdated, and external sources may change. No calculator result is a lending, hiring or investment recommendation.
Appropriate use
Do not misuse the forms, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit information you are not entitled to share or use the site to send abusive or unlawful material. Do not put passwords, banking credentials, social insurance numbers or sensitive documents in a general inquiry.
